F-2 Seascape Nirvana

We stay at the North Coast Village A LOT. We have stayed there over 10 times and are very picky about where we stay. This place is beautiful inside and out! It has the basics, and isn't cluttered with too much stuff. With this place it is all about the location! The beach is right there and the crashing waves put you to sleep at night! It was the best place you can rent for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

F-1, the condo we rented was so wonderful...it was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of storage. Parking close by. We would love to stay there again. We also loved Stay Coastal Vacations Realty...they were excellent!

Very comfortable condo, spacious kitchen and room to cook or entertain! Living room was comfortable and the furniture.. like how it was close to parking garage.
Rooms were good and beds, but the master bathroom’s shower head was crooked and it Couldn’t be adjusted to middle. Also toilet looked crooked..

The deck was painted two times so couldn’t go out until it dried. Hot water was shut off for a few hours due to construction. I was notified, but it was a little inconvenient when we needed showers after being at the pool.

A great location 2nd to approximate closeness to the beach. Many amenities on this location. Unit itself is clean, modern appliances and updated (except couch). Great parking. Unfortunately there was construction in place in this particular set of units for which some if the windows were either covered up or had construction platforms in and around so opening window was either impossible or not recommended. The screen door slider needs attention

Third third time back to Seascape Nirvana and after a few minor inconveniences that StayCoastal staff took care of promptly, we had a great stay. The property still looks great and is oh so close to the ocean but without the “oceanfront” pricing. Ya’ll can thank us for have StayCoastal provide brand new beach chairs as the ones there prior were broken. Thanks to SC for getting those over to us during our stay! NCV was lovely as always; grills, pool, jacuzzi, and workout facility were in great working order. We will be back next year again, excited to see then new porch relax in the beach and enjoy the SoCal sun.

Location was fantastic, grounds are beautiful, pool and spa well maintained, F2 unit, in particular, was as pictured but unfortunately not cleaned very well and some furnishings could use replacement due to age or damage. The pullout sofa bed is only 3” thick, full of springs and zero comfort even for a child, roll down shades were not operable, broken boogie board and beach chairs, burnt out lightbulbs throughout, and front porch boards are lose in some areas.

The condo was perfect. It was clean, bright, and had a great view. The kitchen was well stocked and overall the condo had everything a family of 4 needed. The location was great and easy day trip to many attractions such as Disneyland, Joshua Tree, La Jolla, and downtown SD.

Beach was awesome, super clean and perfect for our kids to enjoy. The property is really nice. Good amenities inside, although could have more kitchen utensils/glasses. This is our second straight year at 2F and it’s starting to show wear. Couch has large rips, ceiling is cracking and the beach toys were not as they were last year, so we needed to go buy boogie boards. Also, our check in was not coordinated well with the HOA, having the wrong check in date listed. They were unable to contact the StayCoastal property managers to verify. Luckily I had a confirmation email and they let me in. Also, the property managers failed to alert us of the Ironman competition during the weekend which due to the path, had us unable to park our vehicle at the condo all day and we had to walk 5 blocks with all our stuff back to the condo. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Some room for improvement after this stay, but the location enough will definitely have us looking to come back to 2F next year!

I have stayed at North Coast Village several times. This is a great unit. Great location, nicely updated and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully with everything remodeled and up to date. The harbor/beach view is nice and we enjoy staying on the cottages because of the convenience of walking to the beach. We have stayed in many other condos here and this unit was by far the nicest! We plan to rent it again next summer!

Beautiful place! Furnishings are very nice. Kitchen is great. The wagon and chairs for the beach were great to have. The umbrella was rusted and broken. It would be nice if the master bath had a pocket door or barn door for privacy. But overall, it was really nice and very comfortable. We would definitely book again. Thank you!

This was my second visit to Seascape Nirvana. The unit has everything you need and is a great location. Bathroom cabinets needs some work which I understand they were doing. Family Room furniture could be replace. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher with stuck on food. However I still love this place and will stay again on my next visit.

Love this place but for the past 2 yrs when we've stayed there, small sugar ants appear on the counters if you leave anything out and open. We had to throw a bunch of food away. They did reimburse $100 for having to do that.

Condo is nice, only big problem we had that there no washer and dryer and no drying rack, you come from swimming and where you will dry your wet clothes

We booked our unit last minute and felt we could not have picked a better place. The location was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Only suggestion is carpets need to be cleaned and side chair is nearing end of life. We will definitely stay there again if we are back. Property manager was the best.

This was our third time staying at NCV, this unit overall was the nicest we’ve stayed in. There was 4 adults and 2 kids staying in the unit and there was enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The only downside was the hide a bed. Most hide a beds are uncomfortable, this one was really uncomfortable. Don’t plan on a good sleep if you have to use it. Other than this this is a great property to stay in.

Our 4 day visit was made even more memorable by having our soon-to-be 4 year old granddaughter with us. She enjoyed every moment to the point of saying 'Grandma, I don't want to go home.' I replied, 'Oh, Scarlet, I don't either!' We look forward to a longer stay God-willing, in 2020.

Perfect location in Oceanside and perfect location within NorthCoast Village. This is a corner condo so the extra windows make the condo so much sunnier and it seems larger than the other cottages. I also prefer the cottages over the condos due to the exterior entrance. The view is perfect, great location to view the sunset over the ocean and also great views of the harbor. Cottage is updated, looks just like the photos and the sound of the waterfall outside of the second bedroom will lull you to sleep. The ocean can be heard from the master bedroom. Everything you need is already there. The only suggestion I have is there needs to be more comfortable seating available in the living room. There is plenty of room for a couple more comfy chairs. Otherwise, I would highly recommend F2. Also, the parking space in the garage is very close.

My husband & I arrived later than planned but walking into the condo with its lights on, I felt an instant moment of peace, as if all my stress had been lifted off my shoulders. The rest of our stay was just as great as our first day. We've already booked another reservation for a month from now! My family and I were traveling from Cleveland to Oceanside for my cousin's wedding. I was looking for a nice place to stay on the beach to make the most of our time in the area. I was happy to find F-2 Seascape Nirvana! It was reasonably priced, very well maintained, in a great location, and in a well-appointed community. We loved the beach access and the ability to use the community pool, hot tub, barbeque, and fitness room. The condo itself was beautiful with the décor and finishes. It comfortable accommodated the 6 of us (me, my husband, my parents, and our 2 kids). In addition to spending time in the ocean and on the beach, we went to tour the USS Midway aircraft carrier and to the San Diego Wild Animal Safari park. These and other activities are convenient to get to from the condo. The owners personally called after we arrived to make sure everything met our needs, which was very nice of them. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

The condo was clean, in great condition and included everything we needed. I especially appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, beach cart, boogie boards and sand toys. The location was perfect- far enough away from the noise of the pool and close to the beach. The master bed was a bit soft for us, but it's difficult to please everyone. The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy and all questions were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The complex itself is great for families. The pool is really nice. Pool tables, foosball and ping pong tables are found throughout, but you can only get the needed equipment (balls, paddles, sticks etc) from the front security desk during business hours. This was a bit of a bummer for our kids since they were primarily around and wanting to play the games at night and on weekends when the security office was closed. But, that's a complex issue, not a condo issue. I just wanted to mention it in case anyone has their own equipment they can bring along.

A great unit that is as nice as it appears from photos. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 8-17) loved staying here. It is clean and decorated beautifully. This unit is on the north side of the complex, which was nice because there are no neighbors to the north of the complex.
Clear ocean view and only steps from the beach. We enjoyed hearing the ocean waves at night from the condo. The pool is great for kids as well. The owners were easily accessible. We would recommend ZigZag Pizza.
It's a short walk from the condo. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend it!

My wife and our three kids recently stayed in Oceanside at the F-2 Seascape Nirvana. We found the unit to be great, very inviting, clean, well stocked and super close to the beach. If back that way wouldn't hesitate to stay at unit again.

We have been staying at NCV in various units at various times of the year through several different management companies. This was our favorite unit so far and the property management is FANTASTIC! Adriana was very prompt to address anything we needed.
The location to parking and beach are very convenient and made loading /unloading super easy. The unit is super clean, comfy beds, and beautiful decor/furnishings. The best hair blow dryer ever!(I forgot to take a pic so I can buy one) We loved that the kitchen was stocked with newer essentials and not a bunch of hodge podge stuff someone threw in their beach house! We loved that the closets and drawers were also empty, clean and not filled with old stuff. The living room TV is a smart TV and we could use our hulu account.

The only issues we had were a condensation issue with refrigeration and the back sliding door is difficult to lock but Adriana addressed it quickly and graciously.

The only things that could make this unit any better would be window shutters, trim the tree back from deck for better ocean view, and maybe a pizza cutter

This was an excellent rental property. It was so relaxing. My only complain, the costs that were added on after the booking. The cleaning fee was outrageous.

We had a great 6 day stay at the condo. Recently remodeled, everything was clean and beautifully put together. Kitchen comes fully stocked. As does the rest of the condo. The grounds of the condo location are well mantained and a great place to walk around. Pools are heated. Beach is just steps away. The sunrises and sunsets are perfect from the balcony. We had a minor issue and it was handled quickly.
