Located on the second floor of the “D” building, you’re sure to fall in love with the private and relaxed atmosphere of your selected abode.
This maritime-meets-coastal-farmhouse vacation rental exceeds all of our traveling guests' most particular requests -- easy access to the beach, mesmerizing ocean views, updated interior, cozy sleeping quarters, and full use of all resort amenities! This flexible space is also great for business travelers, small families of 4, or a couple's retreat.

WHAT’S NEARBY
With lush landscaping, a koi pond, and loads of kid-friendly activities, North Coast Village is ideal for grownups and tykes alike. Luxuriate in the community’s two spa Jacuzzis, splash around in the pool, or challenge a relative to a mean game of eight-ball or ping pong (the condo has paddles and balls).
When you want to get out, you have 10 spectacular beaches to choose from, just minutes from the complex.
The kids will flip when they find out that six of the country’s most famous theme parks are less than an hour away, including Legoland, the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, even Disneyland, and California Adventure. You can slip a little culture into their vacay with a visit to historic Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and the Museum of Making Music, all conveniently close by.

The condo was in an excellent location. You could see the ocean from the balcony and it was a short walk to the beach. It also looks over the pool. The condo had beach towels, chairs, wagon, cooler and even a beach bag! That was wonderful fir us since we flew to CA and couldn’t bring all those things!

The place is great really wish they disclosed that if you have a truck you can not park in the parking garage because the hight is smaller than most parking garages due to the exposed pipes. The property is beautiful and well kept and has a great location.

We have stayed at North Coast a number of times and love it there. The resort property is showing it's age but they are relentless about maintenance. It has such a terrific feel; the grounds are amazing, the cleanliness of all of the facilities are outstanding, and the location is second to none. We are rating this particular condo four stars rather than five as it isn't updated yet. Once it gets the usual remodel it will easily be a five or even better! It has an absolutely terrific location and view - even the parking spot is ideal. The management team is the best of the best. What a terrific vacation property! Thank you again for your hospitality.

The grounds of the property are beautiful and well taken care of. I stayed for a week in thisnunit and felt the kitchen is lacking cookware for long term stay. I was happy with my stay until I got home and recieved an email stating I was going to be charged $50 for damaged property. I was told that 2 bath towels and a hand towel were damaged. There was minimal makeup on these towels. I wish I could post a pic to show everyone. According to the rental terms it days extremely soiled towels. This was no where near the case. We left this unit spotless, and care about other people's property. We have stayed in many VRBO and AIRBNB units with no issues. I contacted property management regarding these charges and they failed to respond. This is fraudulent and poor business. Wash the towels and they will come out clean. I would never stay with this company again as this is horrible Customer service.

Please note, we notate in the units to use dark-colored towels for makeup removal specifically because of this. Also, excessively soiled towels are noted in our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the stains on these towels will not come out. We understand stained towels will occur from time to time, however, we also kindly request guests to adhere to the rules as best as possible. D207 was dirty carpet, ant infested, No dresser for clothes - only one uncomfortable chair to sit in - and poorly furnished kitchen

Upon receiving your requests/concerns regarding the ants, dresser, extra chair and carpet, we immediately reached out to the owner. While they discussed the best options for their property, we reached out to you via phone and email to schedule pest treatments (professional and in-house maintenance), and carpet cleaning. We did not receive a response after multiple attempts. We also have no record of a concerns regarding the kitchen other than a request for a coffee maker to which we immediately supplied (the unit already had a Keurig). Guests are under no obligation to stay in a property if they are completely unsatisfied. We do our best to ensure a great stay. At this time, the owner will be supplying a 2nd living room chair and installing a ceiling fan in the master. - The StayCoastal Vacations team

The North Coast Village property was an exceptional beach location. The grounds were well maintained. Easy access to beach. The grills were scrubbed each morning and heavily used throughout the day. We had family in 4 units and could easily compare the units. This unit was nice but a few things didn't compare well to the other units. the lower kitchen cabinets smelled musty, silverware was comprised of 4-5 various sets of low quality pieces, the headboard was not attached to anything, but the bed was very comfortable. Flooring was relatively new. Water fluctuates between hot and cold during showers. All in all we were pleased and would stay here again on a trip to Oceanside.

major issue, when we arrived we were informed that our unit would have no water the next morning from 9-12. I have ulcerative colitis and need a working bathroom close at all times. I also have young children that need one at a moments notice. The owner said they had no control over it and would not offer any compensation or resolution because we could go use the pool bathroom. That was down several flights of stairs and across the complex.
I would highly suggest contacting the actual complex prior to your stay to make sure necessities like water are available in your unit.
The DVD player wasn’t working, and they did send someone out the next morning with a new one, but we had to wait on them for a few hours which delayed that mornings plans. We did not feel comfortable having them enter the unit without us present as there was no way to secure personal items.
Aside from that, the unit was cute and the view from the balcony was awesome.

The property at North Coast is well maintained and beautiful to walk through. D207 is a nice unit located just perfect to wake up and enjoy coffee while watching the surfers from a far. Inside the unit is older but well maintained and clean. It's a very cozy place to be.
The only downside (Covid related) was you had to make appointments to use the pool and saunas via an app... its confusing as it states that you can only make reservations for the next day but all of the reservations were taken for the whole weekend for the sauna.

Walking in the unit you open the patio doors and hear the roar of the ocean, you look left and see hummingbirds moving through the palm trees and surfers catching waves in the distance. Needless to say the view is excellent. The unit is nicely decorated and well stocked with beach amenities, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The bedroom is cozy and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would definitely come back and I would love to stay in this unit. We live locally and I didn’t want to leave!

We had some trouble getting the fridge working and locating the WiFi password when we checked in and the agents never responded to our emails or voicemails about questions. The condo has some extras like board games, make up mirror, beach equipment and some BBQ utensils that made our stay more comfortable. The tub/shower is a bit outdated. There is plenty of available storage and hangers to make yourself at home. We loved opening the door and window to let the fresh air in. The included fans helped keep the condo cool and the air circulating. We would consider this unit again for a stay.

The unit was very nice the grounds beautiful. Within walking distance to the pier and harbor. Lots of kids! Our unit was directly over the pool so it was noisy so if looking for peace and quite work with Stay Coastal to find a unit not over the pool.

This unit was super clean and decorated so cute! The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing and better than we expected. We had shade on our balcony in the afternoon, which was better than the units facing us, who had hot sun all afternoon. The only problem we had was when we went to use the can opener, it broke. I called the property manager, who immediately went to the store, purchased a new one, and delivered it! I couldn't believe the fast service we received!! The grounds are impecably maintained and makes you feel like you are in Hawaii. I really couldn't find a negative if I tried.

I've stayed at NCV more times than I can count, but this is the first time I've stayed in this particular rental. It is located right over the pool and barbecues, which can be a plus or minus depending upon what your personal preference is. The condo has everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, boogie board, etc. The bed and couch were comfortable and the condo is decorated better than lots of others. The balcony gets afternoon shade, and during the summer that can be a plus since most, if not all, NCV units don't have any AC. This one had two portable fans. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been really nice. The kitchen is tiny, and only one person at a time can be in there comfortably. Also, the knives were especially dull, and there isn't an ice maker which is kind of a bummer. However, none of those things would make me not stay here again. D-207 is one of the nicer condos, and definitely a good choice for a beach vacation.

Great views, good access to the beach, good within close walking distance. Room had great view, was clean and met expectations. We would recommend and stay there again if the opportunity came up for us.
