Very clean, attractive. One sink-clogging issue which was resolved within two hours. Great location in the complex.

The condo was very clean! Even inside the drawers, which are usually over-looked.
The king bed is incredibly comfortable, as are the linens AND the pillows. I slept so well!
The home is 30 seconds from the elevator for a 2 minute stroll to the beach, with no busy street to cross.
It's a 10 minute walk to the harbor and shops and 15-20 min walk to downtown depending on your speed. Only a 5 min drive to Walmart, gas station, etc
The sleeper sofa was slightly tilted, head down, but my son was still able to sleep. The blankets and pillows, not as comfy.
Fireplace worked after we had someone come start it for us. The instructions for it were generic, and didn't really explain our particular fireplace well. We wished it burned bigger, as it took an hour or so to heat up the room on a cold night. The living room chairs felt a little worn but that may have been due to my bad back.
But overall, we had a fantastic stay! It is also nice and quiet.
Also, the night security responded immediately to my noise complaint as there was a party on the balcony of a neighboring unit. The noise was quickly ended. That was fantastic.

The condo was just as pictured and clean. Kitchen had plenty of pans, silverware etc. bed was comfortable. Beach chairs, rolling cooler, boogie boards which was very nice.
No air conditioner. They have several fans but when hot, doesn’t help enough. The washer and dryers were a problem! I couldn’t get phone reception in laundry room to work them (T-Mobile)and couldn’t get the card machine to work!

Nice place, nice location. Easy access, easy parking. Expensive, but reasonable compared to local prices. I liked this place, my only complaint was that it definitely has an ant problem.

They unit we got was nice. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and since it was is a resort area near the ocean it was loud outside especially with having to have the windows open. other than that it was clean and comfortable

We stay at North Coast every year and have rented multiple different rentals within the property. The management team is always amazing and the location is what keeps us coming back year after year. This is the first property that I have t been completely satisfied with. The place was certainly clean, but it felt more like a hotel than a home. We were given only two rolls of toilet paper and had to go buy more. The pull out furniture in the living room is very old and could not be slept on comfortably. We did end up going out and buying $100 air mattress after the first night. As always, we enjoyed having a full kitchen and loved the added bonus of a fireplace. We enjoyed Oceanside, but I don’t think this unit is the right fit for us moving forward.

The condo was impeccable. Check in was amazingly easy. Every aspect of complex was great. The only problem was trying to reserve the pool. I would suggest a different approach the app too difficult. On vacation didn't want to have to deal daily with pool times at 230 pm.

This is a great unit in the North Coast Village complex. It had very quick and easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. The unit had beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys, fishing poles, etc. available for use and a great little stroller to carry them.
The unit itself was clean and better than we anticipated. Our group of 4 felt like we had plenty of space and were pleased with the kitchen and bathroom amenities.
This unit was a short walk from the Oceanside Pier area and a nice downtown where we found affordable restaurants, great little gift shops, and a spectacular Farmers Market/Sunset Market on Thursdays. Wal-mart was a 10 minute drive away - otherwise, our car never needed to leave the parking garage - everything was a comfortable and safe walk away.
We found the area to be safe, the other guests respectful, and the staff at StayCoastal very receptive to our needs.
The fact that we could leave our room and be unfolding beach chairs in 5 minutes is reason alone to give this rental a great review, but it was so much more. We'll definitely plan on being back. Thanks!

Great updated space! Although condo was a one bedroom, it had lots of space. Kitchen had everything one might need to cook a family meal, plus more. Everything was super clean. Overall great experience.

*A five star review from our Airbnb guest who stayed Oct 10-15 2018* We could not be happier! The beach was a 1-2 minute walk from our condo. There was a gift of snacks and sparkling cider with a reusable bag when we arrived. The man who checked us in at the patrol office was very kind. We got in late because our daughter got car sick on the drive from LAX but guess what they have a laundry facility! They had 24 hr security. They had 2 pools and 2 hot tubes we could use. We really enjoyed walking around the the grounds. The grounds are filled with beautiful flowers with water features. The condo its self was very clean and decorated so cute. We will for sure stay again. I am truly impressed. Thank you, The Gihrings

First,thank you for the gift. We enjoyed our time here. The reason for 4 stars is Dan would love a ocean view. But the outdoor view was great, water feature ect. We had no complaints. Management was easy to work with. The phone rang a lot. Didn't know if we should answer,was just people selling stuff when we did answer. Hope to come back love the area. So much to do in walking distance. New carpet in hallway fresh paint. Place is well maintained. Everything a person needs for a great vacation.

Even though the reason for our visit(myself and 2 sisters) was not what you would call ideal (my sister had just been put into hospice care). This unit fit our needs perfectly. It was a comfortable place to retreat at the end of an emotional and exhausting day. We even brought my sister to push her through the beautiful property for a much needed outing. The proximity to the ocean and the pier is fabulous. It was within a 10 minute drive to my sisters s that was wonderful. The small sofa bed was not very comfortable but the larger one was good and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. We would love to visit again under better circumstances and actually enjoy all the amenities that you have to offer.
