A-14 Our Ocean View

This is a great vacation rental but it needs updating. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The living room couch and recliner power cords were removed and very uncomfortable to sit in and not be able to recline. Additionally the carpet was excessively stained.
As for the positives, the kitchen was stocked with all the pots and baking pans we needed. The management staff was responsive and quick to help resolve an issue we had with a light. Also, there were plenty of beach chairs and a nice umbrella! The location can’t be beat and it is a very easy walk to the beach!

Me and my sister from Yuma AZ, a friend from Sacramento and a friend from Casa Grand AZ stayed 4 nights at North Coast Village. The check in process was easy. Rob in the security office and Erin in the office were so welcoming. The unit was clean and comfortable. We could not get the TV in the 2nd bedroom to come on and they came within 20 minutes and had it fixed. We loved the proximity to the beach as you can see from the picture and the short walk to downtown Oceanside with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The only issue we had was leaving :-)

We have stayed at NCV for over 15 years at different properties. This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. It is extremely clean and has comfortable beds, which are important to me. It is a short walk to the beach. I love the location but the only downfall is the noise of traffic at night. (It's mainly just the weekend nights so not too bad) I love that they provide a cooler, 4 beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, and a few other odds and ends, so that way we don't have to bring the and less to pack in the car. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo had everything we needed and was a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed evenings out in the deck listening to the waves! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and the complex is very nice. The management company was very attentive and responsive. This was our third time staying at NCV and this unit was by far the most updated and very well maintained. Love the location!

Walk to the harbor, the playground, the pier, Parlor doughnuts. Everything was so accessible. The location was so clean. We rented 5 condos for our annual family gathering at NCV. As always, we had a wonderful time at the beach together. The condos were clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and the beach. We will definitely be coming next year and hope to rent these condos again. Stay Coastal is great to work with. Friendly, helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

The condo was was everything we could have asked for. The complex was very well maintained and we were seconds away from the beach. The condo was equipped with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to roll your gear to the beach. It was a real workout rolling the cart on the sand. The local street fair is every Thursday with food, local vendors and entertainment. The Pier is appox. a 15 minute walk along with the Top Gun house which is a pie shop. Neighborhood Walmart is about a 10 minute drive for groceries. Overall, the property was great and we will be staying there again in the future.

Prior to our arrival we weee notified of construction. I called prior to booking on what specifically was being done. I was told painting in elevator areas and construction to garage near building C. When we arrived our whole entire building A was under FULL construction. Banging hammers, air compressors and scaffolding blocking all views and access points. We accepted it and moved on. Can’t cry over spilled milk. Would be nice if office could properly inform renters. A14 - was really cozy and nice. But, please update the mattress in the bunk bed room. The mattress were very thin and old. I laid on one and I could feel the wood underneath me. 1 more thing, it would be nice if the pool were turned up a little. It was frigid and when we went to the jacuzzi instead - no lie, there were over 40 people crammed into such a small place - all trying to enjoy the water without freezing. The water temp in the pool seems good for summer, but winter, fall, and seeing should have a higher temp to accommodate guest.

Rented a ground floor condo and got moved upstairs. Very inconvenient with 2 flights of stairs.Several things in condo didn't work including my room ceiling light. String was missing from light so it was extremely difficult to use.

This unit was very nice and satisfied all of our expectations. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable after long days at the beach. We like to be close to the beach during the day and be able to sit on the balcony in the evenings to see the waves. Sadly the spa was closed but that isn’t the fault of the unit managers. Certainly recommend this unit for other families who love to hang out on the beach and have a nice spot to stretch out in during the evenings.

This was a lovely condo in excellent condition and within walking distance to the beach. Having two bathrooms made the trip extra comfortable for us and our two teens. The customer service with StayCoastal vacations was also outstanding. Would stay here again!

Our first Covid-era staycation and it all worked out great. We drove an hour south from North OC. Everything you could want for the beach is there waiting for you (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.). Also, lots of games & movies in the living room. Kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking & dining needs. Bet of all, you have a great ocean view from the balcony and the beach is about 100 steps out the door.

After being confined in the house for so many months because of the COVID virus, we were able to have a getaway to Oceanside. Unit A-14 turned out to be the perfect place. The location is wonderful, just steps to the beach and close to the city. The accommodations were very comfortable and the unit is equipped with everything you could possibly want on a seaside getaway, beach equipment, a cart to take it to the beach, games, movies, TV, everything you would need in the kitchen, etc. Although we didn't use the second bedroom, it is perfect for a family with 2 or 3 children. The place was immaculate, warm and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay there again and again and would recommend it to all my friends.

Had a great vacation and loved the Ocean View stay. Condo was very clean, up to date furnishing, and great location. Got out of town just before covid-19 crisis.

Our family was very pleased with our Oceanside Vacation Rental and are looking forward to returning next year. Check-in and Check-out was easy. Plenty of easy underground gated parking for our vehicle and our guest's vehicle. Second story A-14 is very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and has it's own outside front entrance as opposed to walking down a hallway to get to the front door: a big plus for my sweet claustrophobic wife.
Loved the easy beach access! It is literally a 2 min walk from the front door to the sand if that. The public beach sand showers / restrooms are conveniently located on the way too. Great for rinsing off before heading back to the condo.

We stayed steps away from the beach. The pool was great as well. We were in a little oasis in Oceanside. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. Be sure to get the added window AC in July. It helps alot.

We met friends for a summer vacation. Our unit was by far superior to their terrace unit. The decor was tasteful and beach modern, sleeping accommodations were great. We have three children that slept in the 3-tier bunk beds. All of the toys, towels and chairs were provided. Property had BBQ grills near the pool with an ocean view.

The unit does not have A/C and while California is usually cool, there was a heat wave the week we vacationed. The unit had both ceiling fans and floor fans, but at times it was warm inside. There is also some street noise as the unit is situated on the main Street.

We would definitely return to this unit.

My husband and I have two boys, a 3.5 year old and 9 month old, and both loved it as well. The space was exquisitely clean and the decorations were thoughtful and elegant. Very kid friendly as well. Additionally, the community is cute and we felt very safe. Location was also steps from a very nice and lively beach. I would love to come back again and recommend this space to friends. The only small thing is lack of AC however at night there was a nice cool breeze so we left our windows open and slept comfortably.

The decor and finishes were high quality & beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with nice quality dishes & silverware and there was plenty of it. They had a full set of pots, pans, and even bakeware. They had just about anything you would need to cook any type of meal. We especially appreciated the griddle for pancakes every morning! Even though we are past the toddler stage, I appreciated finding toddler dishes & utensils. It was a touch that showed they are in tune with the audience they typically host. The beds were very comfortable & the linens were so soft. And so many pillows! They had pillows for days, it was wonderful! Not only did they have almost every beach toy & accessory available, including a cart to get it down to the beach, everything they provided was in excellent condition. The proximity to the beach was great, it was great to have the option of a pool & hot tub, the grounds of the property were beautiful and it was nice and quiet. The icing on the cake was Adriana, she was gracious, very helpful and prompt at replying to questions we had during our stay. I'm looking forward to having this be our place to land for our annual SoCal trip.

Everything was amazing. Loved the wagon for the beach. Great location, steps to the sand and great view from the balcony. There were no pool or beach towels included but Luckily I brought our own. The place was very clean and spacious. If you plan on cooking be sure to bring spices, and oil. BBQ was great to cook on, new & clean. A great little ice cream shop close by called Nana & pop pops sweet shop, was a hit with the kids. Great family get away!
