Another wonderful family reunion renting 5 condos at North Coast Village. Though there were clouds and a bit of rain for the first time in 14 years, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay.

The place is gorgeous and perfect for any size family! We stayed as a family of 4 but this place has available space for more . So practical to get to the beach and facilities. You can really relax in the next benign by going outside to the patio area. Highly recommend it.

This was the perfect location for our one week stay. Our family of five (all kiddos between 1–6 years old) enjoyed the cottage, the kitchen was well stocked (bring your own coffee though). The beds were comfortable, and overall the cottage was immaculate. Convenient patio sliding door leading to the closest walk to the beach.

Great place and the Stay Costal team was awesome! Responded to a couple little problems right away. Was impressed with the response times. Being near the beach and on the ground floor is a plus. Everything you need is in the unit and in good condition and good working order. We hope to return to the same unit.

Fully equipped cottage, a minute walk to Oceanside beach. This unit offers everything you could possibly need or want for a relaxing getaway. Tastefully upgraded, with easy access to to beach, secure gated parking.
Excellent customer service, replied within hours and resolved any issues at hand . We enjoyed a 3 week stay, very positive experience. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

We rented 5 condos for our annual family gathering and once again, we were very happy with everything about each of the condos. Clean, well-equipped, close to the beach, and Stay Coastal was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with (as in previous years). We'll be back next year!

We have been renting this unit for years. Location is great, unit is renovoted and nice, and it has a nice open layout. My only complaints are the the master bed mattress is lumpy and rutted. There were some ants in the unit but not a big deal.

The condo was very nice and great location. The only problem was the ants in the bathrooms and bedrooms. We were constantly vacuuming them up. If they could address that the condo would be great. But still need to fix the master shower. They addressed that but it didn’t completely fix the leaking problem. Once those two things were fixed I’d definitely come back.

Great place to stay for a family. Updated inside. We love the lower level on the street. Steps away from the beach. You can unload the car from the street straight into the unit. Great location!

The unit was clean and a great place to vacay. The only thing I would improve if possible is the wifi connection. I would have to go to a certain place in the unit to take calls. Otherwise it was great!

Perfect location! We have stayed in many different units at North Coast and this one is by far our favorite. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and has all the comforts of home! They provided coffee (most haven’t) which was awesome. Plenty of towels and beach towels which is rare! This spot is a gem!

Very lovely Thanksgiving vacation. Great remodel just steps from the beach. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was they need to put a pocket door in the master bathroom. Super strange not having a door on the toilet!

We stayed here on week and we loved it! Everything is beautiful and brand new, super clean and functional. The best: the beach is closer than we expected, is just a few walking steps away (you can't see it in the pictures but the ocean is right there). The house is located in a a very charm street corner of Oceanside beach. The master bed is very comfortable and great size. The kitchen has everything you need and pots and pans are new! There are 3 TVs, this was very convenient for us. We had to use the public parking lot across the street since our truck was higher than the private indoor parking lot limit. There are different options for parking but make sure you are on top of the parking rules hours. We didn't have to bring anything, the house comes with beach chairs, beach towels and more. This a busy street, you will see surfers and people walking all day up and down, that can be annoying for some people but I loved it. The windows are soundproof, the showers are modern. I totally recommend this place for someone that is looking for a clean and modern place and wants to be close to the beach, ride a bike or walk around.

This was our third time staying at North Coast Village and A-13 is our favorite unit so far. The location couldn't be better. We have views of the ocean from the patio, the sidewalk access makes it convenient for loading and unloading stuff. we loved that we were steps away from the sand. The unit is beautifully decorated for a beach vacation vibe and is well stocked with kitchen items, beach gear, and towels. The property management team was great and responded timely to all our questions before and during the trip. We had a few minor complaints which would definitely not deter us from staying again. The first was that due to covid we planned on cooking all our meals in the unit and found there was no good nonstick skillet for pancakes. Luckily, there was a grocery store nearby and we were able to get one quickly. If you're not planning on cooking a lot that wouldn't be a problem at all. The second was that the bedroom and bathroom doors did not lock. With kids that don't always knock before entering we found ourselves having to announce "I'm going to the bathroom, don't come in!" The master bathroom does not have a door separating the bathroom from the rest of the bedroom. bathroom privacy is kind of a big deal for us but it became kind of comical. overall it was a great stay.

This condo is gorgeous. I read through the reviews and was hesitant to book it because of the negative responses. I also read that it had been remodeled, so we gave it a try. It is beautiful and super comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and that we were on the ground floor for easy access with our toddler. We will definitely stay here again!!

I have stayed there for the last 3 years and will probably stay there next year. Nice condo with great location. I like having the outside table for lunch since the seats inside are all cloth. Bring your own boogie boards because the small ones there are broken in at least 2 places on each board.

We loved the location of our condo, so convenient. The condo was nice and roomy for a short term stay. Only concern, the furniture does need to be updated in the living and dining room. Very uncomfortable pull couch and dining room table.

This property is a 30 second walk to the beach. It faces a small side street so there is no need to wind through the property or unlock gates to get outside the complex. The grounds of the complex pools and jacuzzi's were beautiful and maintained very well. Buena Onda Cottage was very very clean. There were beach chairs and one umbrella and plenty of beach towels. My only criticism is that the couch-while clean-is worn out and fairly uncomfortable. The boogie boards and sand toys could use replacements too. I would absolutely stay here again-regardless of the couch and sand toys.

The location of the property was great. The unit itself was terrible, It desperately needs to be renovated, the furniture is dirty & saggy, the bath room had poorly patched holes, etc. The property grounds are beautiful & well kept. I will come back to NCV but I would not stay in this unit.

The Condo was across the street from the main building which I didn’t realize from the description. The location was ideal for going to the beach. The old lady taking a walking break on the patio was weird and seeing her in the pool in depends was strange. Laundry room is difficult to find.
