If you've never been to North Coast Village in Oceanside, CA before and just dream of salty air and warm rays, then you've selected the right unit!

Perched on the North-East, 2nd-floor corner of the A building, crashing waves, and distant voices of passersby greet you instantly. This single-floor beach condo comes with 2 master suites which are perfect for a family or group of up to 6! Each member of your party will surely drift off to sleep in the luxurious Cal King bed in the master, 1 Twin over a twin bunk bed, 1 Queen bed in the second room, or 1 Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. All linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided.

Oceanside is famous for its sunsets and you would be remiss if you didn't sip on something cool and get lost in the waves from your private balcony. In fact, why not nibble on a treat from the kitchen? The chef in your party will love the pots, pans, bakeware, serving ware, glasses, utensils, meal-prepping gadgets, and drip coffee maker in the fully stocked kitchen! The open design pairs so perfectly with the classy black granite counters, that you’ll forget you’re at a beach condo!

When it’s time to wind down, this vacation rental comes with Smart TVs that stream Netflix, DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. There’s enough bandwidth to please even the finickiest of viewers.

Leave your beach and baby gear at home! In this home, we provide beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach umbrella. Baby equipment and additional beach gear and toys can be rented through our exclusive partners. Please inquire with questions or view info in your property’s digital guidebook!

The community of North Coast Village boasts a long list of amazing amenities too. Claim a chair around the pool, soak in the two spa Jacuzzis, and get your workout on in the free 24-hour gym. It was great, the condo was clean felt very comfortable, scenes were beautiful. Everything was amazing. Laundry was a little tricky.

Overall it was ok, great location, however the bed was broken and we didn’t get a good night rest after a very busy and fun day, there was a spider on the kids bed and sick that didn’t belong to use under the bed. The towels had rust and so did the beach chairs they had, however after contacting the agency they replaced them and the bed was repaired as well, would like like some compensation for the trouble and lack of items being available till a day after... but the location was great. Now that they have the done the proper repairs and replacing of towels and chairs, I’d book again. They could replace the chairs outside in the balcony, they were old and paint was chipping..

Please note, your notification to our office was at midnight and the soonest we were able to enter the unit to repair was between 10 am - 1 pm by your request. The bed was repaired by adding additional, horizontal support braces which will evenly distribute the weight.The beach chairs and towels were also exchanged the afternoon of your second (and final) day of the stay. Note, from time to time beach towels will show rust from beach chairs or other items and we do our best to replace as needed. We have addressed the sock found under the bed, with our housekeeping team. The feedback regarding the patio chairs will be provided to the owner as well. - The StayCoastal Vacations Team

Location is perfect in everyway. We felt safe and close to everything. While the main parking was under construction, there was no problem finding other available parking within the complex. There were ants in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not tons, but it was noticeable. Also the rugs in the front room are very unsafe. We had two different people take a big tumble tripping on the edges. Not kid/toddler friendly (under 10). Very slow communication with property managers -- no bedding for couch or towels. We ended up buying some since we didn't get a response. All the hiccups were minor and we loved the stay overall.

Property needs to find a quieter way to move the trash cans to the street. Very noisy when trying to sleep in on vacation more than once!

We loved staying in this condo! It fit our family perfectly and was such a convienent locations! Close enough to the action of ocean boulevard but also back a bit so you don’t hear all the noise. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean! Thank you so much for the great stay!

After 2 cancelled Hawaii trips we were desperate to get away during this unprecedented covid-19 crisis. Fortunately for us we were blessed to find this great little place walking distance from the beach in Oceanside, CA at North Coast Village. The grounds were beautiful, the weather was perfect, the staff was charming, and our 2 bedroom condo has everything we needed for our escape. It was clean, comfortable and it even had some unexpected extras like a wagon to haul our beach gear and a huge tub of legos for our littles. We are so grateful to have found the perfect getaway for our family, so thanks to the owners and staff!

We went during COVID in July, we were able to make appointments for pool and gym everyday for our group with no problem, we felt that appropriate safety measure were taken and we were able to still have fun. The only downside is the noise at night, there is a lot of vehicle traffic and burnouts from locals at night, there is no AC unit so you have to keep the windows open.

Adriana was incredibly responsive and helpful with every request. The complex and apartment were both spotless, in a great location and perfect for our family. We walked, swam, stayed in, watched movies, BBQed and generally achieved the 'very little' that we were hoping for. We went without a car, which was a little tricky for grocery shopping as the nearest full shop was a mile away, and we had no where to store bags after the strict early 10 am check out, but otherwise this complex worked really well for us. We hope to return again some day.
